Norberto Luke Soto, M.D. is one of Northern Jersey's finest emerging talents in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. He blends technical acumen with clinical experience to provide high-quality outcomes that not only enhance quality of life and match personal desires but lead an increased level of self-confidence.
Board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Soto produces stunning results by integrating his artistic talent and exceptional clinical skills. With his excellent results and sterling reputation, he commonly gets patients from all over the Tri-State area as well as national and international sites.
Education
Dr. Soto graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers College of Pharmacy. He was a member of the highly prestigious honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha, at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he obtained his Doctorate of Medicine.
Following medical school, he went through years of extensive training in general and plastic surgery at Temple University Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Fox Chase Cancer Center. He completed a Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York.
